In 2025, we took a critical step in actively responding to global climate change challenges by officially fulfilling its 1.5°C-aligned targets with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). We also achieved a B rating in the CDP Climate Change assessment.
To achieve the goals of sustainable development, we actively participate in international initiatives and adhere to recognized standards. These frameworks help us transparently demonstrate our progress and fulfill our responsibilities to the environment and society.
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a collaborative organization jointly launched in 2015 by CDP, the United Nations Global Compact, the World Resources Institute (WRI), and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). It is dedicated to defining and promoting science-based carbon reduction targets and practices, and provides independent third-party validation of emission reduction targets set by companies.
Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is a non-profit international organization founded in 2000 that operates a global environmental disclosure system. It is dedicated to driving reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and protecting water and forest resources. Its environmental data framework, with broad coverage and comprehensive evaluation metrics, is widely recognized as the gold standard in environmental disclosure and sustainability worldwide.
Adopted by 150+ world leaders at the UN, the 2030 Agenda includes 17 SDGs and 169 targets. It aims to address global challenges in environment, society, and economy by 2030, eradicating poverty and inequality, improving education and health, promoting inclusive economic growth, while actively combating climate change and protecting oceans, forests, and biodiversity – to build a present and a future where peace, prosperity, and dignity are shared by all.
